Finding my unknown

Wider than I can see
Is closer than I can know
and before this shock
I will bury myself in lies
and cast these unknown lashes

hopefully on those like me.

Softer than anything
I have touched
I hang my coat on everything
heart, soul and still feel underserving
as this mind races dangerously

to help those like me.
